SeekerRadarThe catalog stays separate from opinion. Store data, community input, builder claims, and editorial review are labeled and weighted differently.
Generated Store index and per-app JSON files are the source of truth. Daily snapshots detect additions, removals, meaningful metadata changes, APK/version movement, and recalculated score changes. Rating-only movement is retained in history but excluded from default alerts.
The public score is capped at 10: listing quality up to 2, trust and permission coverage up to 2, community traction up to 2, Seeker/mobile utility up to 2, official public proof up to 1, and a verified reward, Store editorial, or Radar review signal up to 1.
A score of 7+ can enter Worth Watching and 9+ can enter Worth Trying. Seeker Radar Picks are separate manual reviews. Recent launch or update activity affects sorting and alerts, not quality score.
Store fields and official publisher evidence carry the highest confidence. Builder submissions are reviewed before publication. Reward and social claims show confidence labels so users can distinguish confirmed evidence from public-source or builder-submitted context.
Score changes are versioned and rebuilt through snapshots, never silently altered on a single page. Shadow metrics remain internal until they have clear evidence, low false-positive risk, and a published formula change.
Ads are visibly separated from recommendations. Advertising cannot buy a score, a Pick, a reward claim, or preferential catalog placement.
