Project Hadal is a survival game built on Solana where you control a bioluminescent creature in the deep ocean. Your Lumin is an on-chain NFT - alive for as long as you can keep it. Scavenge Essence from thermal vents and sunken relics. Evolve through five stages, from a parasitic Spark to a Leviathan that warps the current itself. Hunt other players whose camouflage has decayed, or be hunted when yours fades.

Death is permanent. When your Lumin falls, its light returns to the Sleeper — but a trace passes on. Your next creature inherits a fragment of what came before.

Every Lumin carries a SOL bounty. 80% of mint fees go directly to the creature. Kill to claim. Die to release. The deep rewards patience and punishes the reckless.

Daily check-ins restore your camouflage and fuel your photophores. Miss a day, and the sonar reveals you to every predator in range. The abyss does not forgive absence.
