Product context

Description

GoatNode is a Seeker-native DePIN built on Solana Mobile. It is the first app to turn your $SKR stake on the Solana Mobile Guardian pool directly into in-game fuel, meaning every SKR you have staked on your Seeker device through the official Guardian pool is not just sitting idle — it is actively powering your daily progression inside GoatNode.

How the Stake-to-Fuel System Works GoatNode reads your live $SKR stake from the Solana blockchain in real time. Specifically, it reads from the official Solana Mobile Guardian pool staking program (program ID: SKRskrmtL83pcL4YqLWt6iPefDqwXQWHSw9S9vz94BZ) and the Guardian pool account (DPJ58trLsF9yPrBa2pk6UaRkvqW8hWUYjawe788WBuqr). Every $SKR you have staked on your Solana Mobile Guardian is converted at a 1:1 ratio into fuel for the next UTC day. If you have staked 1,000 $SKR in the Guardian pool today, you will receive 1,000 fuel units to spend tomorrow. This conversion happens automatically at 00:00 UTC every day through GoatNode's on-chain snapshot system. Your stake is verified live — nothing is assumed, and no manual bridging or token wrapping is required. You simply stake $SKR through your Seeker device as you normally would, and GoatNode reads and converts it for you.

Streak Multiplier Consistent daily participation is rewarded. Every day you actively consume your fuel before the UTC reset, your streak counter increases. Your streak applies a multiplier to your fuel conversion rate: starting at 1.01x on day one and growing by 0.01x per consecutive active day, capping at a 1.10x multiplier on day 10 and beyond. A player with 1,000 $SKR staked and a 10-day streak receives 1,100 fuel instead of 1,000. Skipping a day resets your streak, so daily participation is the core discipline GoatNode is built around.

Feeding the Goat Once your daily fuel is loaded, you spend it by tapping your goat on the Feed screen. Each tap consumes fuel based on your current Tap Power level and awards XP and Goat Points in return. The feed cycle operates in structured windows: every three-hour cycle contains one active hour where you can tap freely, followed by a two-hour cooldown. During the active window you can feed your goat repeatedly until your fuel runs out or the window closes. You cannot feed during cooldown. Each day contains eight feed cycles, so there are eight opportunities per day to spend fuel and accumulate progression. The day is also subject to a global daily fuel cap of 1,000,000 units shared across all players — when the global pool is depleted, no further feeding is possible until the next UTC reset.

NFTs: GoatNode Genesis Pod GoatNode's NFT collection is called GoatNode Genesis Pod, with a maximum supply of 9,999 NFTs minted at 5,000 $SKR each through a Candy Machine. NFTs are not cosmetic. They are functional, and they change how the game plays for you in three concrete ways. First, you must own and lock a GoatNode Genesis NFT to farmland before you can feed at all — NFT ownership is the gate to participation. Second, holding multiple NFTs reduces your feed cooldown. With one NFT your cooldown is two hours. Each additional NFT reduces that cooldown by six minutes and forty seconds, down to a minimum of one hour at ten NFTs — meaning players with the maximum ten NFTs get twice as many feeding opportunities per day as players with one NFT. Third, your Goat Points gain per feed scales with the number of NFTs you hold (counted up to a cap of ten), amplifying your competitive output on the leaderboard the more NFTs you control. After you mint your NFT, you lock it to the farmland wallet through the Lock page inside GoatNode. Once locked, your NFT activates at the next UTC day boundary and your feed access opens.

XP and Tier Progression Your XP is accumulated through feeding and determines your tier. Tiers are permanent progression milestones: Baby (0 to 4,999 XP), Worker (5,000 to 24,999 XP), and Alpha (25,000+ XP). Each feed tap awards XP using the formula: 0.01 × fuel spent × streak multiplier. At the base tap power of x1 with no streak bonus, that is 0.01 XP per tap. At tap power x10 with a ten-day streak, that is 0.11 XP per tap. Your tier is visible on the leaderboard and reflected in your NFT metadata — tier promotions trigger live on-chain metadata updates to your GoatNode Genesis Pod NFT.

Goat Points and the Leaderboard Goat Points are a separate track from XP and are what determine your leaderboard ranking. They accumulate via the formula: floor(0.01 × fuel spent × NFT count × streak multiplier). This means Goat Points reward the combination of staking more $SKR (more fuel), holding more NFTs (NFT count multiplier), and maintaining a streak (streak multiplier). The global leaderboard ranks players by Goat Points first, with XP and streak depth as tiebreakers. Your .skr domain name from Solana Mobile resolves automatically as your in-app identity on the leaderboard.

Tap Power Marketplace Your base tap power starts at x1, meaning each tap consumes one fuel unit. You can upgrade your tap power up to a maximum of x10 by purchasing upgrades through GoatNode's on-chain marketplace. Upgrades are sequential — you must buy x2 before x3, and so on. Each level costs double the previous: x2 costs 300 $SKR, x3 costs 600 $SKR, x4 costs 1,200 $SKR, and so on up to x10. Payment goes directly to the treasury wallet on-chain and is verified by GoatNode before the upgrade is credited. Higher tap power lets you consume more fuel per tap, accumulate XP and Goat Points faster per active window, and extract more value from each feed cycle — but it also means your fuel runs out faster, so managing stake size and tap power relative to your daily fuel budget is a real strategic consideration.

DePIN Telemetry Every feed tap you make on your Seeker device captures real-world network telemetry and submits it to GoatNode's DePIN data layer. This includes your GPS coordinates and accuracy, network type (WiFi, 4G LTE, 5G, cellular), effective connection type, downlink speed in Mbps, connection round-trip time in milliseconds, and Bluetooth availability. This telemetry is aggregated into a live geospatial heatmap of mobile network quality data that GoatNode exposes to enterprise data buyers and carriers through an authenticated B2B API with quota-based access controls and export in CSV and GeoJSON formats. Your participation in the feed loop is simultaneously powering real network intelligence — this is the DePIN value loop that GoatNode is built on. You can view your own personal tap telemetry at any time through the Node Activity page inside the app.

Notifications and Sync GoatNode supports push notifications via Web Push so your Seeker device can alert you when your feed cooldown ends, when your active window opens, when global fuel is running low, and when you are approaching your daily fuel limit. You must sync your stake once daily through the Waitlist / Stake Sync page to confirm your Guardian pool stake for the upcoming UTC day and queue your next-day fuel. Syncing requires a signed wallet proof and takes seconds. GoatNode resolves your .skr domain name automatically for your identity throughout the app. The app requires wallet connection and geolocation permission to operate, and all sensitive actions are protected by signed wallet authentication or reusable HMAC-secured session tokens.
